Charles Burack, Ph.D., is an award-winning teacher, scholar, poet, and writer as well as an interfaith spiritual director and life/work coach.  A professor of Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation at National University, he specializes in integrative approaches to spirituality, psychology, leadership, and the creative and contemplative arts. From 1998 to 2005, Chuck was a faculty member at the University of Creation Spirituality.  He is author of four books and numerous articles, stories, poems, prayers, and meditations.  His most recent book is Matthew Fox: Essential Writings on Creation Spirituality (Orbis, 2022), which won a 2023 Nautilus Book Award.  He completed a book manuscript on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and is working on books on sacred healing and inner guidance. A former rabbinical student, Chuck is a pioneer in contemplative and interreligious education, spiritual direction, and arts.
