Autumn is a season of release, reflection, and renewal. In Chinese Medicine, it is associated with the Metal element and with the lungs and large intestine, systems connected with breath, elimination, and resilience.

Across four weeks, Kaleo and Elise Ching will guide participants through Spiraling Dragon Qigong, breathing practices, acupressure points, and meridian work designed to support vitality, respiration, digestion, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Each session will also make space for “haiku moments,” those brief flashes of attention, beauty, and insight that can arise through Qigong and the changing season. Participants will be invited to shape these moments into the simple three-line form of haiku.

The course is experiential and accessible. Some movement is involved, but most of the Qigong practices can also be done seated.
