CSC Gathering 2026
We are glad you are considering joining us for the 2026 CSC Gathering.
Please choose the pass that best fits how you will participate. You may register for the full residential weekend at Mercy Retreat Center, attend onsite while staying elsewhere with a commuter pass, or join selected sessions online through the Virtual Weekend Pass.
Each ticket option lists what is included, including lodging, meals, and access, so please review the details before completing your registration.
Early Registration Encouraged
We would love to know you are coming. Register for your Residential Weekend Pass by September 18, 2026 to receive the early registration discount. After that date, the sale price will end and the standard registration price will apply.

Single Room Residential Weekend Pass
Includes participation in the full Gathering for 1 individual, lodging in a private single room at Mercy Retreat Center on Friday and Saturday night, and meals during the weekend for 1 individual.
Shared Room Residential Weekend Pass
Includes participation in the full Gathering for 2 individuals, lodging in a shared room at Mercy Retreat Center on Friday and Saturday night, and meals for 2 individuals during the weekend.

Your registration includes Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations received on or before October 1, 2026: Full refund minus 3% merchant processing charge.
Cancellations received after October 1: A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations received after October 8th: We are unable to provide a refund for those costs.
