Dear Nathan,

With profound gratitude and affection, we take a moment to recognize and celebrate the gifts you have shared with Creation Spirituality Communities through your service as Coordinator and Leadership Circle member.

Your presence has truly been a blessing to us. You have contributed your talents, dedication, heart, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to our mission. Throughout times of growth, challenges, discernment, and new opportunities, you have supported this community with patience, integrity, and clear vision.

As Coordinator, you undertook numerous responsibilities—many visible and many behind the scenes—with generosity and attentiveness. Your leadership fostered an environment conducive to the flourishing of our community, ensuring that programs, communications, relationships, and organizational activities were managed with purpose and careful consideration. You consistently operated diligently behind the scenes to facilitate gatherings, learning, prayer, celebration, and the strengthening of connections to Creation Spirituality.

As a member of the Leadership Circle, you provided insightful guidance, demonstrated a collaborative spirit, and showed a readiness to address the critical questions before us. Your contributions enabled us to listen more deeply, dream more boldly, and stay anchored in our collective values of compassion, justice, creativity, and reverence for the Earth community.

Most importantly, you reminded us that leadership transcends merely completing tasks. It encompasses building relationships, fostering trust, and cultivating environments in which individuals feel welcomed, valued, and inspired. Your kindness, willingness to serve, and genuine authenticity have significantly influenced our community.

The seeds you have planted will continue to grow. The relationships you have strengthened will continue to sustain us. The vision you helped advance CSC’s mission to continue guiding our journey as we endeavor to embody an Ecozoic future rooted in wonder, compassion, and sacred action—will continue to guide our journey.
