About the Labyrinth Walk:
Over the 6o minutes: we always begin by specifying that our practice is sacred. Then there’s a brief informative presentation. We meditatively walk with our fingers, a pencil, or a stylus to music. We conclude with optional sharing. Walking with the Celtic wheel gives us opportunities to consciously cross the threshold into a new season—in this case to the second half of spring. We can align ourselves with ancestors who did this and notice what Creation reveals during this time. If you’ve never tried a hand-held labyrinth walk, this is the perfect occasion to do so. Mother Earth is craving our attention now more than ever!
About the Host:
Mary Ann Wamhoff has been walking labyrinths since 1995 and really loves introducing folks to the possibilities of the labyrinth practice. She enjoys embodied and contemplative prayer. The labyrinth is a powerful vehicle for that. Mary Ann believes each of us is a mystic, an artist, and a prophet. She has found that Labyrinth Activism can be part of every walk.
