This six-week course with Rani George offers a meditative and embodied transmission process to explore that reconnection, moving through the people, elements of nature, and stories held in your four major biological lineages.

During this six-week class, we will explore the people, elements of nature, and stories known and unknown in our 4 major biological lineages. You do not need to have facts about any of them. We will utilize guided meditation, altar work, circle technology, journaling for creative expression, partner work and large group sharing. 

This reconnection with the resourcing strength of those resilient ones that came before us can offer support for the global challenges we are presented with today.
